You can try all you want, he probably won't wake up!

Rowen is considered to have the worst sleeping habits. This is a combination of staying up until two o'clock AM studying and low blood pressure. It makes it very hard for him to wake up in the morning and his mother and friends find it quite tedious. Despite the fact they find it tedious, I think they'd probably tease him just to see if they could wake him up!

By itself low blood pressure isn't really anything that he needs to worry about. Although, staying up late and eating sporadically probably aggravate the fatigue which would then indicate a possibly serious problem. On the other hand, I often wonder if his inability to wake up in the morning has more to do with the fact that he just hasn't slept. One more common cause of decreased blood pressure is nutritional deficiencies, particularly lacking in vitamins B-12 and folic acid which cause anemia which can lead to low blood pressure (American Heart Association, Low Blood Pressure). With that in mind, I might guess that although Rowen has an appetite rumored to rival Kento's I wonder how healthy it is. I imagine his sweet tooth prevents too many vitamins from passing his lips.

As someone who enjoys studying and reading, I might also be guilty of getting too wrapped in something awesome to realize that I need to do something as tedious as eating. (I have a list of people that remind me to do so.) I think part of Rowen's issue is that he gets wrapped up in what he's doing and just doesn't get to eating. Why eat when I can read another ten pages? He would probably be best served by sliding a fruit smoothie towards him. It's sweet, it's something he can drink (use one hand with) and it's something that won't take his focus off of what he's doing! You can also back it with tons of fruits and stuff to make sure he's getting more than just satiation to that sweet tooth of his.

Other ideas might include insomnia, which can be set on by stress in life. In particular, Rowen's parents divorcing (an issue of insomnia for people his age) did not bother him. What bothered him was that both of his parents were continually busy and spent less time with him even after the divorce. This might cause some stress which would in turn make it harder to sleep. On the other hand, I did mention that the idea of reading or studying was far more important (or prioritized much higher) than other tasks. Mikari shared this specific tweet with me in which people with higher IQ have a harder time falling asleep because they cannot turn off their brains. Even if Rowen got too tired to keep studying, his mind would still be racing with everything he had studied. I think Rowen's real issue is that once he finally gets asleep, people want to wake him up. Now, I have an issue where I tend to be easy to wake up but fairly disoriented, the issue is made worse when I've had fewer hours of sleep or when I get woken up in the middle of a dream. Perhaps what's really happening is that Rowen finally just falls asleep, his body gets into sleep cycle and then most people are moving around!
