There are a million stupid reasons I love Ludger. More than I can reasonably count or explain, but the defining reasons are that he is a little brother that loves with his entire heart. He is a do-gooder that wants what is best for everyone, and he dreams of being as strong and reliable as his older brother, Julius. He would also do anything for Elle Mel Marta, despite their rocky start.
Much of Ludger's charm comes from the idea that everything he does is for everyone else. Although he enjoys doing things for himself, I genuinely feel that he is happiest when he's striving to make others happy. I feel like this is why he specializes in cooking. He knows that his food ultimately makes people happy. His ability to make and live with his choices is another thing that really draws me to him as a character. His decision making is something that I fully support, and I feel that the power of choice, and living with your choices is an extremely important part of growing as an individual. Since Ludger often tries to do good for others, I think of his as a very conscious young man that puts others before himself. His selflessness is charming to me.
